Call for Artisans Holiday Artisan Shop

Coquitlam, BC – Place des Arts is seeking original, high-quality, hand-crafted items from Lower Mainland
artisans for our annual Holiday Artisan Shop, running from Friday, November 14 to Thursday, December 18,
2025.

We are looking for unique, well-executed pieces such as mouth-blown glass drinking vessels, 100% beeswax
candles, functional and beautifully crafted ceramics, and other locally made goods. Items do not need to be
holiday-themed. Please note: the Shop will not accept paintings, prints, photographs, greeting cards, jewellery,
or crafts made from kits.

The Holiday Artisan Shop offers artisans the opportunity to display and sell their work during the busy gift-
giving season, both in-person at Place des Arts and through targeted promotion online and in the community.
Submit your online application with up to five high-resolution images by October 14, 2025, for jury review.

• October 20, 2025: Notification of acceptance
• November 2, 2025, 1:00–3:30 PM: Artwork drop-off & $10 Participation Fee due
• November 14–December 18, 2025: Holiday Artisan Shop open to public

The opening of the Holiday Artisan Shop coincides with the opening reception of our annual Positively Petite:
Annual Miniature Exhibition: November 14 • 2025 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This is a free event, everyone
welcome.
