Nikkei Craft Fair 2025 Returns with Unique Japanese-Inspired Gifts

Burnaby, BC  – The Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre (NNMCC) is excited to announce the return of the annual Nikkei Craft Fair on Saturday and Sunday, November 15 & 16, 2025, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. This event showcases the creativity and talent of local artisans, offering a diverse selection of handcrafted goods, many inspired by Japanese culture.

Discover Unique Gifts

The Nikkei Craft Fair features over 80 vendors offering a wide range of products, including:

  • Japanese Items: clothing, accessories, and decorative items
  • For the Home: Pottery, candles, soaps, toys
  • Fashion: Tops, bottoms, hats, scarves
  • Accessories: Bags, hair accessories, jewelry, keychains
  • Textiles: Fabric items, crochet, knitwear, macrame, embroidery, plushies
  • Visual Arts: Paintings, drawings, prints, paper crafts, stone products, wood items
  • Foods: Delicious breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, sauces, preserves, and truffles

More Than Just Shopping

In addition to the shopping opportunities, the Nikkei Craft Fair offers a variety of activities for the whole family:

  • Food Trucks: Enjoy delicious food from local vendors

  • Dates: Saturday & Sunday, November 15 & 16, 2025
  • Time: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Location: Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre, 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby (walk or bus from Edmonds Skytrain)
  • Admission: Adults: $5 at the door / Free for NNMCC members, seniors (65+), and youth under 18
