PRAS is a volunteer-based, non-profit society serving the districts of Tofino and Ucluelet, and First Nations communities in the Clayoquot Sound/ Long Beach area, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Our goal is to help build happy, healthy communities by bringing people together through arts and culture.
The Pacific Rim Arts Society, incorporated Nov. 20, 1970. With a strong base of members and volunteers, PRAS has introduced hundreds of community members and visitors to the work of local and visiting artists, including visual artists, actors, writers, film makers, dancers, and musicians.
Come on down to 250 Main Street, Ucluelet (behind the CIBC, the bright orange doors) and check it out!
Every community has its own unique cultural footprint.
