The Nanaimo Arts Council (NAC) is a non-profit, charitable organization that supports local artists (youth, amateur, emerging, and professional) in visual, literary, and, to a lesser extent, media arts.
NAC’s mandate is to provide opportunities for community participation in creative activities through its programs and partnerships. Likewise, its mission is to facilitate connections between artists, arts organizations, and the community to encourage creative opportunities.
