Nova Boutique & Gallery is a vibrant arts-focused retail space and community hub on Gabriola Island, often described as a central gathering place for local creativity.

The gallery and boutique showcase the work of more than 60 local artists, makers, and authors, offering a diverse mix of handmade goods, fine art, and one-of-a-kind crafts. Alongside these locally produced pieces, Nova also features a curated selection of home décor and gifts sourced from small Canadian businesses and artisans, reflecting the creative spirit of Gulf Island living.

More than just a shop, Nova functions as a multi-use cultural space. It hosts solo and group exhibitions, workshops, talks, and community events, while also offering co-working space and studio opportunities for creatives. The venue itself includes a spacious layout with a mezzanine gallery and lounge, reinforcing its role as both a retail destination and collaborative arts hub.

Rooted in Gabriola’s identity as the “Isle of the Arts,” Nova emphasizes local, unique, and handcrafted products, making it an essential stop for visitors seeking authentic island culture and artistic expression.
