U’mista tells an epic story of resistance and resilience and is considered a “must-see” when visiting the region. The Centre houses a world-famous collection of repatriated Kwakwaka‘wakw ceremonial regalia and includes galleries and a gift shop with hand-made jewelry and carvings by Kwakwaka’wakw artists.
