The annual Vancouver International Film Festival showcases exceptional cinema in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Our spectacular roster includes some of the best cinema from around the globe, one-of-a-kind live performances, talks, industry sessions, and other unique events celebrating film and film culture.

With over 600 screenings and events each year, VIFF brings together curious audiences and passionate creators to celebrate the art of cinema in all its forms. Whether it’s an indie gem, a thought-provoking doc, or a red-carpet premiere, there’s always something worth discovering at VIFF. The 2025 festival program will be announced on August 27th.
