The Valemount Community Art Walk is a self-guided outdoor art experience that showcases local creativity throughout the village of Valemount.
Established in 2001 by the Valemount Arts and Cultural Society, the Art Walk features a series of murals and public artworks created by regional artists and installed at various locations around town.
Visitors can follow the route along the Big Foot Trail, walking approximately 2.3 km from the Canada Post Office to the Valemount Public Library while discovering each piece along the way.
Designed to be accessible and engaging, the Art Walk encourages exploration of the community while highlighting the talent of local artists. Many of the artworks are hosted by local businesses, creating a connection between art, place, and everyday village life.
Overall, it offers a relaxed, open-air cultural experience—blending art, storytelling, and small-town charm in the heart of the Robson Valley.
