The Adventurers Wanderers and Explorers Film Festival is a celebration of the true spirit of adventure, from mountain culture through to sea culture and beyond. Our goal is to promote an understanding and appreciation of our cherished and wild outdoor spaces by creating opportunities for intrepid soles to share experiences and inspiration in a safe and welcoming venue.

The festival evening offers you the chance to meet other adventurers, athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, to share stories, and adventure objectives – a great opportunity to catch up with friends over some inspiring films.

For local filmmakers, it’s also a chance to meet other filmmakers and industry professionals, to exchange ideas and is a great opportunity to connect with other burgeoning storytellers in the outdoor adventure field.

Finalists are invited to join us at the Festival as special guests, and will be provided the opportunity to introduce their film on stage.
