We support creative adventures.

The Summerland Community Arts Council is the umbrella organization for the arts in Summerland. We have member artists and arts groups and our goal is to be a resource centre, information hub, and advocate for the arts in Summerland. By working together, we can create an even more vibrant and inclusive arts and cultural community. We also want to engage the whole community in the arts, whether as participants or audience. We showcase upcoming and established artists in our art gallery, showcase local artists and artisans in our gift gallery and provide workshops and events for the community to enjoy.

Awesome Arts
This is a program specifically dedicated to providing fine arts opportunities for adults with diverse abilities.
The cost is $5 and all supplies are provided. Awesome Arts workshops are the first and third Thursday of the month.
Summer Arts Program
We present a wide variety of fun art camps for kids ages 4 – 14 during July and August. Bursaries are available.
Art Gallery
We present 6 gallery shows per year showcasing the works of established and upcoming artists from our region and British Columbia.
