The BC Cultural Crawl provides the opportunity for residents and visitors alike to discover Creative Communities across British Columbia. It is our chance to see the province as a world class cultural tourism destination. Fostering pride in each Creative Community brings cultural uniqueness and displays the story of its heritage. Through partnerships and media sponsors, the BC Cultural Crawl generates local, national and international exposure for British Columbia’s artists, performers, heritage sites and Creative Communities.

Wells is a charming little town that lies in the foothills of the Cariboo Mountains, near the end of Highway 26. This little community is known for its history, artistic scene and exciting outdoor adventures. Originally being a mining town, but nowadays a vibrant art destination. Some of the things to do in Wells are hosted by Island Mountain Arts. The organization runs a Gallery, School of the Arts, year-round residencies and the ArtsWells Festival on the August Long Weekend. With its rich history, thriving arts community, and abundant outdoor activities, this unique town truly offers something for everyone to enjoy.
