Celebrate five years of Indigenous creativity

Celebrate five years of Indigenous creativity, culture, and community at the Indigenous Market & Expressions of Reclamation on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the River Market & Westminster Quay Boardwalk in New Westminster. This free, family-friendly event features more than 65 Indigenous artists, makers, performers, and food vendors sharing handcrafted goods, artwork, fashion, music, and cultural experiences. Guests can enjoy traditional opening ceremonies, live performances, an Indigenous fashion show, interactive art activities, beading workshops, and authentic Indigenous cuisine while supporting Indigenous entrepreneurship and community connection. Presented by Arts New West, Shop First Nations, and Native Art Renaissance Foundation, the event continues to foster economic reconciliation and celebrate Indigenous resilience through art, storytelling, and shared experiences.
