Becoming Not a Mother is a photo-based series about the artist’s choice to not have children, originating from an artist residency at Burrard Arts Foundation in 2020. Working with analog photography techniques, the series has expanded to include textiles and short films alongside photographs reflecting a new chapter in the artist’s life.
