Susan J Falk’s studio is located on her 10 acre farm in beautiful South Langley, B.C. and teaches and paints full time throughout the Fraser Valley.
Collaborating with poets and environmentalists, Falk received an Environmental Hero Award for her efforts to help save old growth forests in B.C. She was a director with the Fort Gallery for 13 years and also taught Drawing and Painting for Continuing Education for 12 years.
She has been showing her paintings in galleries for 25 years. Falk was invited to showcase her paintings in Kyoto, Japan with her life size Bears and Salmon in 2015. She has been featured in the Cascadia Review, Authors/Artists , as well as being invited as a guest speaker or the Verge Conference at Trinity Western University. Currently, Falk’s paintings are on display at the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts, since completing a Summer Residency at Shadbolt in 2019.
