ArtSpring Presents 2022-23 season

Welcome to the ArtSpring Presents 2022-23 season. 28 live music, dance, and theatre events, an international visual art exhibition, live broadcasts from the Met, youth choirs, creative residencies, and community workshops.

There’s something for everyone in this season’s exciting lineup. Professional touring artists from Canada and beyond bring a mix of classical, baroque, jazz, blues, folk, and pop music, along with thrilling and thought-provoking contemporary dance and theatre productions. We also welcome six of the finest visual artists from the San Juan Islands for a look at the art of the Salish Sea. Our Makana Youth Choir is expanding this year to two age groups (grades 2-5 and 6-9), and some of the visiting artists will be offering dance and music workshops. We’re also pleased to be bringing back the Met: Live in HD, with six productions broadcast from the Metropolitan Opera House.

The season begins with the world premiere of Ballet Victoria’s Broadway On Pointe and other works, on Sunday October 2.
