Beloved Film Series returning to Penticton Art Gallery

The PAG Film Series is making its highly anticipated return in 2025. Formerly known as the Kitchen Stove Film Series, this beloved initiative first began in 1998, and we are thrilled to bring it back after a nearly five-year hiatus.

Paul Crawford, Director, Penticton Art Gallery, says he is excited to see the Film Series returning.  “The original Kitchen Stove Film Series was a huge success, with many shows selling out.  The  PAG Film Series is an exciting new iteration and extension of that program and will showcase some of the excellent films that TIFF has to offer.   In this new era of streaming entertainment, there is still the desire for unique films and shared experiences that are not offered through other platforms. The PAG Film Series will provide Penticton with an opportunity to see some of the most entertaining and interesting films from Canada and around the world.”

The series will feature four films at Landmark Cinemas on February 19, March 19, April 23, and May 21, 2025. Film selections will be announced in late January. Please note that some films may not be rated, and we recommend they be viewed by those aged 18 and older.

Each film is carefully chosen from the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) circuit, offering a unique opportunity to experience international and independent films in Penticton while celebrating excellence in the cinematic arts. PAG Film Series gratefully acknowledges our partnership with Film Circuit, presented by TIFF, and its sponsors and supporters www.tiff.net/filmcircuit.

Tickets for the full series are available for $65 for non-members and $55 for members. Individual tickets, if available, will be priced at $18. All ticket prices include taxes and fees, and tickets are non-refundable.

For ticket purchases and additional information, please visit .pentictonartgallery.com/shop-online or contact Penticton Art Gallery by calling 250.493.2928 or visiting in person at 199 Marina Way.
