Comox Valley International Film Festival

The Comox Valley International Film Festival, (CVIFF), celebrates the power of a good story by bringing fictional independent cinema to the Comox Valley. We are a non-profit organization that discovers, supports and amplifies independent film & media artists from around the world, and introduces audiences to their work.

Besides screening some of the best short and feature length films from independent cinema, we are passionate about connection & education.

We offer filmmaking workshops and skills training on topics ranging from low budget production to music in film. We want to give filmmakers an opportunity to enhance their skills while learning new and exciting methods of filmmaking and we hope to create community by connecting people in our networking events, inspiring new endeavours to take root, right here in the valley.
