Exhibitions

Explore dynamic and curated exhibitions happening in Creative Communities all over British  Columbia. Each experience of a curated show is an experience of human expression and creativity. Become enveloped in the hearts and minds of the artists shaping our time.  Gallery spaces in BC range from intimate studio galleries in the homes of local artists, off-the-beaten-path spaces to be discovered,  dockside showrooms, to large-scale, urban cultural hubs.

What is the importance of attending arts events and exhibitions? Viewing art in a public installation enables people to come  together and collectively experience the works. Engaging in conversation, discussing, noticing, sharing, appreciating and connecting over works of  art shed light on the diversity of  the human experience. Throughout recorded history human beings have been creating works of art often capturing the essence of the political, cultural and social time period, or the experience of a particular group. Expand your horizons and attend a modern art show,  or tap into history by viewing a curated collection of works from another time. Most importantly, view the intimate nature of art and expression through a curated exhibition.
