Craig started painting watercolours in high school and made many studies of the foreshore areas of West Vancouver. Since then Craig has refined his technique to heighten the visual impact of his paintings. Recent paintings are created using a knife and are mostly semi-abstractions of the local West Vancouver landscapes, still life, the figure, and nature in general.
