  • Summer Concert Series | Friday, Sept.1, 2017
    7 – 9 p.m. at Town Centre Park Plaza 

    Music lovers will enjoy free summer concerts under the evening sky at Town Centre Park Plaza, presented by Envision Financial. Our final summer concert will take place on Fri, Sept. 1.

    The spectacular setting of Town Centre Park Plaza is a wonderful place to kick back and watch a performance. Choose to either sit on the grassed seating levels or bring your own chair or blanket while enjoying a homemade picnic or a meal purchased from an on-site food truck.     Lights at Lafarge | Nov. 25, 2017
    2 – 5:30 p.m. @ Lafarge Lake in Town Centre Park, 1299 Pinetree Way

    An evening of free family-friendly entertainment. This magical lights display is a highlight of the festive season. Be dazzled by the magical light displays that wrap around Lafarge Lake on a 1.2 kilometre loop.  Visit Lights at Lafarge for more information.

    Brighten Up! A Seasonal Celebration of Arts & Heritage  | Nov. 17 – Dec. 13, 2017
    There will be 13 activities so the times will vary.  Please check Place des Arts for more information.

    Gather up family and friends and join us to brighten up the dark days of winter. Enjoy exciting events, performances and workshops that together comprise Brighten Up!  Activities take place at Place des Arts and Mackin House, and a few excursions into the local Maillardville community with public lantern-making workshops and the highlight of the festival, A Lantern Affair, a multicultural celebration of light on December 3.
