The PuSh International Performing Arts Festival is Vancouver's annual mid-winter festival presenting acclaimed local, national and international artists. The PuSh Festival presents groundbreaking work in the live performing arts with theatre, dance, music, and various forms of multimedia and hybrid performance from around the world. The Nowruz Festival consists of cultural events celebrating the arrival of spring. The Festival of Fire or Chahar Shanbeh Soori will be on Tuesday, March 17. The Persians celebrate this night by dancing and leaping over bonfires to bring happiness and prosperity for the coming year. The final event will be on Sunday, March 22 with the making of the Haft-Seen Table, music and food. The location of both events will be at Coquitlam’s Glen Park, 1149 Westwood Street.
